If you would like to learn how to protect yourself but can't or don't want to learn regular martial art or self defence training then the MCQC women's personal safety course is for you.
This programme has been developed to prepare you to respond safely and effectively in high risk situations. You will be taught to understand the psychological and physiological changes you will experience in a real life situation and the appropriate response. Ranging from verbal de-escalation to explosive action, you will learn to use simple and instinctive movements to successfully escape from an aggressor.
Suitable for any females 16+ with any level of fitness.
What can I bring into the event?
You should wear comfortable clothes which allow free and easy movement. Flat soled trainers or socks are required.
