Where is the event held?

At my home in Hove, near Hove Park. Full details will be sent once you have bought your ticket.

Question 2

How long does the circle last?

The circle will last between 1.5-2 hours, depending on how many women attend, and the flow of the circle. We will aim to finish at 10pm at the latest.

Question 3

What happens in a circle?

Accepted Answer

I typically open our circle with a welcome and a quick check in question. We then do a grounding meditation and open the circle for sharing. When our time is coming to a close I will ask a quick check out question and then we close our circle.

Do I need to prepare for circle?

Accepted Answer

No, there is no need to prepare. Please just come with an open heart and mind.

How many people will be in the circle?

Accepted Answer

Circles tend be between 4-12 people, 12 would generally by the maximum number.

Question 6

Is attending circle like going to group therapy?

Accepted Answer

Circle space is not therapy. Whilst it can be therapeutic in effect, it is not the right forum for the type of work done in therapy.  If you are feeling fragile and are at all unsure of whether it’s appropriate for you to attend a circle then please email me and we can discuss it.

Do you have any community spaces in your circles?

Yes, I always have lower priced community spots open at every circle. Please email me for further details.

What is your refunds policy?

I accept cancellations and offer a refund up until 48 hours before the event.

Do I have to share in the circle?

Accepted Answer

No, your presence is enough.  You are welcome to just sit and listen.

How do I get to the venue?

There is lots of on street parking on the street. It is also a 5-10 minute walk from bus stops on the 27 and 5 routes.

Is there disabled access to the venue?

This is my family home, and unfortunately at the moment there isn't disabled access as there is a step up into the porch to access the house. This is something I'm looking to address.

Yes, no particular religion is referenced in circle.

The Glimmerings is run by Clare Ward. A qualified coach and women's circle facilitator.
