A heart-opening evening of connection, reflection & deep nourishment at the brand new Luna Aura studio on Garforth Main Street,Leeds
Come join a circle of women as we listen to each other, supporting one another through our life journey. We will sit in circle and chat over a small cup of herbal tea, and pick oracle cards before settling into a meditation journey to ground our senses into the sacred space.
The evening will also have a drumming session where we will connect with our inner rhythms, and many people experience personal healing. Release and transform old energies through the power of drumming. Let it elevate your spiritual journey, and contribute to personal and collective transformation!
absolutely no experience needed and if you’re not keen on the drum but want to come see what it’s all about rattles will be available.
To drum is a powerful experience that creates a strong group identity and a feeling of belonging. The steady beat of the drums acts as a unifying force, bringing people together physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This event is an opportunity to connect with your own spirit, your community, and your drum, finding balance and healing for your soul whilst honouring the earths natural rhythms.
Drumming is a gentle and safe practice. However, if you have a pacemaker, participating in group events may not be advisable.
A hand held drum is ideal for this event, if you do not have one a rattle is also good, - spare drums and rattles are available (reach out to see if I have one available on that evening)
