This is, as always, weather dependent... you may need sunscreen and /or a waterproof; sunglasses or a snood...this is the North East after all. Shoes should be comfortable with good support, and remember, it could be a little muddy.

This walk is approximately 3 miles (5km) in length and is more or less flat (a total of 8m elevation gain along the whole walk).

Our Social Walks are all on paved or compacted tracks (with minimal mud) and this one will start and end at the Boatside Inn, so a ready lovely opportunity for a post walk coffee and natter.

We have done this walk before and it was really popular and so much fun.
