This is, as always, weather dependent... you may need sunscreen and /or a waterproof; sunglasses or a snood...this is the North East after all. Shoes should be comfortable with good support, and remember, it could be a little muddy.

About this event

This walk is approximately 3 miles (5km) in length and is more or less flat (a total of 8m elevation gain along the whole walk).

Our Social Walks are all on paved or compacted tracks (with minimal mud) and this one will start and end at the Boatside Inn, so already lovely opportunity for a post walk coffee and natter.

Adventure Walks - Longer walks with a higher degree of difficulty (6-12 miles, variable terrain and increased elevation).
