Then you’ll be guided into a full-moon meditation designed to bridge you with your higher self, to root into your body, and to drink in the luminous wisdom this moon offers.
Finally, surrender into a rich, multi-sensory Sound Bath — waves of vibration weaving through your nervous system, dissolving what no longer serves, and weaving your new intentions deep into the fabric of your being.
