About this event

Free Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing workshops for women on Zoom (online).

Weekly on Thursdays 10.30 - 11.30am.

No workshop on the 1st & 8th of April

You can use the same zoom link every week or sign up 24 hours before the class to receive the reminder.

These classes are nurturing and accessible to all, with gentle movements focusing on building up your balance and a natural place of calm that you can return to, even when everything else feels unstable.

The classes offer a space to learn and explore the sequence within ourselves, combining movement, stillness and flow, helping us into a more calm and balanced state of being. We also practice seated relaxation and mindfulness in every session to deepen our experience of self awareness.

Please wear loose-fitting clothes to enable you to move freely.
