Women's Tea and Treats Evening at The Beacon

Saturday 11th October

7pm to 9pm


Ladies, come join us for an evening of tea and treats as we learn about the work of Hopeful Horizons who are based in the Nakasangola region of Uganda.


The Hopeful Horizons team are working to improve the quality of life of children with disabilities.


We welcome local Learning Disability Nurse, Laura Glenny, who founded Hopeful Horizons.


We look forward to hearing about their amazing work from Laura.


Suggested donation of £5 on the door - all donations towards Hopeful Horizons.


Handmade crafts from Uganda will also be available to purchase on the night.


The Hopeful Horizons team will gladly accept other donations on the evening of girls summer school dresses and boys shorts/tshirts.
