The Henry Jackson Society is delighted to invite you to a panel discussion on women's voices in politics and public life

About this Event

Britain currently ranks 17 out of 129 across the world in terms of women’s equality, with Iceland being the leader in this field for a number of years in a row. What obstacles face women in their professional, personal, and political advancement? What more can be done to support women and girls? What social and political barriers prevent women and girls from achieving their potential, and what more can governments to help break the glass ceiling?

By kind invitation of Baroness Goudie, the Henry Jackson Society is delighted to invite you to a panel discussion with Ambassador of the Republic of Iceland to the UK H.E. Stefan Haukur Johannesson, Professor of Politics and Director of the Global Institute for Women's Leadership at KCL Rosie Campbell and Director of the Centre on Radicalisation and Terrorism at the HJS Nikita Malik about 'Women's Voices in Public Space: Opportunities and Challenges'.
