Meeting Point: Ditchling Beacon Car Park (BN6 8XD)

About the route: the path is not flat but not steep either. The walk is about 4 miles long, and we estimate it will take about 2.5 hours to complete. There are stones on the route.
Getting there:
- The bus 79 from Brighton leaves you at the Ditchling Beacon bus stop.
- You can take the train to Brighton and then take the bus.
- If travelling by car, please download the JustPark app beforehand. Parking is £6 for the whole day.
Please make sure you bring:
- Plenty of water
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Snacks for a picnic at the end
About our Women's Walks: Diversity Resource International (DRI) has organised over 15 walks in the past couple of years, thanks to the funding from Active Sussex. Our focus is on engaging with Sussex's ethnically diverse communities and making sure that they can enjoy the outdoors safely, in a space where they can be fully themselves. We happily welcome women from all backgrounds.
