Women's Weekly Peer Support Group
Our weekly Peer Support Group is welcoming, gently facilitated space for women to connect through shared experience.
Our weekly Peer Support Group for women is now up and running.
This is a welcoming, gently facilitated space where women can connect, share experiences and support one another.
Led by trained Peer Supporters, the group is flexible and supportive — you can share, listen, join optional activities, or simply be present, with no pressure to speak. Each session includes a gentle weekly activity to help spark conversation and reflection, alongside space to talk openly and feel heard.
Peer support can reduce isolation and build a sense of belonging, and the group will evolve in response to what women want and need, ensuring it remains relevant, meaningful and shaped by those who attend.
