Women's Wellbeing Club Meet Up
Wed 8 March 2017, 19:00 – 21:00 GMT
It's great to connect with you again after the success of the 2nd annual Women's Wellbeing Conference at the weekend.
The conference and interest in the work we do is growing and we are keen to develop new ways in which we can serve more and more women throughout the year in a timely way. Many of you mentioned last year and again this year, that you wanted to continue exploring 'how the mind actually works' and how it can have real value and real change in your lives, in a practical, day to day level.
We've listened to what you want and we've designed a new monthly Women’s Wellbeing Club - a different type of club for women, who no longer want to be impacted by stress like they have been, who'd like to take a different perspective on their emotional and psychological wellbeing and who are open to learning with other women, how they can have a lighter, more easier experience of life, now, not some day.
Some of the benefits women we know or have worked with have got as a by product of learning about the mind in this way. They:
- feel more comfortable in their own skin
- have more clarity of mind, especially when they need it
- increased performance - achieve more with less effort
- access to unlimited resources to deal with problems at work and at home
- not afraid of their low moods or negative thinking
- bounce back quickly and cope better in situations that are out of their control
- find love and improve their relationships, or get clear about relationships that are not working for them
The launch of the new Women's Wellbeing Club, will take place on International Women’s Day on the 8th March 2017, in Paddington, London. It will be an opportunity for us as women to meet up again, to hear how you’ve doing since the conference, for you to learn more about the understanding from us and our guest speaker and for you to find out more about the new Women’s Wellbeing club by experiencing it in person.
The Women’s Wellbeing club will be made up of monthly in person meet ups and a live online option for ongoing learning, which we’ll tell you more about at the launch on the 8th.
Talk - starts at 7pm Ends at 8.30pm
Venue - Central Working, Paddington, London, in the auditorium.

We can't wait to see you!
