Description
We'd like to tell you about a special evening at OPUK looking at women's wellbeing. We want to inspire women to reach their goals by demystifying the fads in health and fitness; show how to work out and how to eat. The bottom line is that we want to give women the resources to get the maximum benefit for their body and mind.
On the night you'll be able to do mini workout classes and have postural and movement assessments to help you understand your body and needs; you'll sample delicious food and drinks and pamper yourself with a mini massage; you'll take away a bag of goodies at the end of the night as well.
What better way to spend your Thursday evening!
We also want to do some good, and we are asking for a donation of £20, which will all go to Meningitis Research Foundation, via our page on JustGiving - https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/ONEPERFORMANCEUK1.
In return, you'll also get the opportunity to redeem special discounts off products and services booked on the evening.
Once you've secured your tickets, we'll send you details to sign-up for classes, massages and assessments.
The agenda for the evening is
6.30 pm to 6.45 pm - Registration and refreshments.
6.45 pm - Mike Burt discusses sustainable and achievable fat loss and lean muscle physique for women of all ages.
7.15 pm - Classes, assessments and massages begin.
9.00 pm - Refreshments.
9.30 pm - Wrap-up and close by Mike and team.
