Including Mental Health, Nutrition, Menopause, Sexual Health, living well with long-term conditions & more!

We’ve also lined up plenty of feel-good sessions to help you recharge — think Qi-gong, fitness tasters, cookery demos, aromatherapy, and reflexology. It’s your time to relax, learn, and feel supported.

And yes — bring the kids! We’ve got face painting, circus skills, and fun entertainment to keep them smiling while you enjoy the day.
