About this event
Hello ladies,
Join me for a Women’s Wellbeing Hike through the beautiful countryside around Beeston Castle and the Peckforton Hills. This experience brings together time in nature, gentle connection and a guided meditation to help you relax, restore and reconnect.
We will begin or end our time together with a tea, coffee or drink at the outdoor café next to Beeston Castle, depending on what feels right for the group.
This is a relaxed pace, easy to medium graded hike. Most of the route is flat, with one steep section as we head towards the Peckforton Hills. A standard level of fitness is recommended. This isn’t a strenuous challenge, it is about enjoying the landscape at a comfortable pace.
The hike itself takes around 2.5 hours. I have also allowed extra time for a guided meditation, a packed lunch stop and our relaxed café drink either at the beginning or the end.
What to bring
• Comfortable walking shoes and waterproofs
• Warm layers (you may feel cooler when sitting still during meditation)
• A packed lunch and water bottle
This event is weather dependent. If it is very wet or very cold, the walk will be cancelled for your comfort and safety. In this case you will receive a full refund.
This is more than a hike. It is a chance to walk at a relaxed pace, take in scenic views and enjoy the company of others in nature.
Parking
There is a pay and display car park at Beeston Castle, which costs around £3 for the day. Parking is free for English Heritage members.

A little bit about me
I am a Wellbeing Coach with a passion for creating safe, supportive spaces for sensitive souls. My work is inspired by my own healing journey through chronic health challenges, including severe tinnitus, chronic inflammation and nervous system dysregulation.
What began as the most difficult chapter of my life became a turning point. I learned how to move from survival into presence, compassion and connection.
I trained as a Life Coach and Wellbeing Coach through the British School of Coaching, I am a Peter Crone Mastermind graduate, and I have trained with Nicky Clinch, body and mind maturation expert. I am also trained in NLP, meditation, yoga and breathwork.
Above all, I bring lived experience, compassion and a grounded presence to everything I offer. Whether through coaching, meditation or leading wellbeing hikes, my aim is to support others in reconnecting with themselves, with nature and with the deeper truth of who they are.

Hopefully I will get to meet you on a walk soon.
