Longing for simple, clear information that will support you to make the changes you need? Ready to spend two evenings with other women like you?
We all know we need to eat well to feel good and maintain our health. But what does our body and mind need that’s different in Peri/Menopause? There are specific foods that can support our symptoms as we go through the change.
Is now the time to start to create your own personal road map through perimenopause and menopause?
Good nutrition can reduce many symptoms of Perimenopause and Menopause and we'll take a look at practical ways for you to increase your resilience and calm your gut.
We will explore ways to charge your battery, energize and protect your well-being through self care.
By the end of session 1 you will:
- have more clarity on your current symptoms,
- clear take aways on nutrition to support your physical and emotional wellbeing during the transition,
- understand how taking care of your gut microbiome can increase your resilience
By the end of session 2 you will:
- understand what energises them and how to create the boundaries needed to protect that energy
- individuals will create a Self Care routine that helps give the time and creates the feelings that support compassion, calmness and wellness.
