This retreat is suitable for all levels from absolute beginners to advanced yogis and women at any stage in their life.

We live life at such a fast pace in a world of information overload that we become closed off from our ability to listen to our own inner voice. In doing so we lose the knowledge that is of most importance to our overall health and wellbeing, leaving behind the ability to openly and honestly express how we are feeling, what we are experiencing and most importantly what our needs are. Our response to life becomes habitual causing us to lack in joy and vitality.

Give yourself the gift of time to slow down, go beyond the distractions and reconnect to your wondrous inner world. Rediscover the wisdom you have within guiding you to respond to life in a more intuitive way and reclaiming the joy and vitality that is rightfully yours.

Beginning with PRANAYAMA which is a simple breathing technique that calms the mind bringing us into the present moment and encouraging us to inhabit our body.

Learning the basic aspects of MEDITATION to take us beyond the surface, deepening our connection to 'self' and focusing deeply on our core needs.

Moving onto ASANA which are postures that we will use to move slowly and mindfully on our mat, using our breath as a guide to bridge the gap between body and mind awakening a more intuitive response.

Ending with YOGA NIDRA which is an ancient practice that induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation whilst remaining alert. Being aware of how completely relaxed you are promotes deep rest. Restoring your body, mind and senses to their natural function and leading to a profound sense of joy and wellbeing.

We will then take time to hold space for each other, allowing chat to flow organically. When we give our bodies and minds time and support to open up it naturally takes us to a fearlessly authentic place which often drives the need for deeper more meaningful conversations.

There will be tea/coffee snacks and cake available afterwards and a further opportunity to chat and experience the beautiful surroundings of Chatelherault.

The retreat will take place in the spacious and grand 18th century hunting lodge which overlooks the beautiful ornamental gardens.

Please feel free to bring your own mat although mats can be provided. Please bring a blanket and pillow or anything that will bring you warmth and comfort for relaxation.

My hope as a teacher is that I add value to your life. That in the short time we are together I am able to help you see things differently and you come away with a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the tools to create a simple and sustainable wellness practice.
