About this Event

Women's Yoga circles are designed to nurture, nourish and restore vitality for women who are menstruating, peri-menopausal, or are experiencing menopause, PMS, & post menopausal symptoms.

The classes include:

In our circle we will experience gentle stretches (yoga asana) and deep breathing (pranayama) that honours our natural flow, at the end of the class we go deep into (total yoga nidra) profound relaxation in a lying down meditation that is the fertile soil for our inner wisdom to blossom, and this will be guided by crystal singing bowls, live music.

All these practices can help manage symptoms such as stress, anxiety, dis-ease, pain, insomnia, mood swings and exhaustion.

These classes will also invite an opening for discussing and sharing individual experiences.

Yoga can play a vital role throughout the rhythms of life as a woman: the menarche, motherhood, postnatal, peri-menopause, menopause and postmenopause.

Each cycle is a doorway to ever more awareness and growth in consciousness, it is an opportunity for inner growth, wisdom and change.

Although the symptoms for any of the stages in a woman’s life are often challenging and can cause suffering, yoga can offer support and a source of nourishment, restoration and release.

These are small groups of a maximum of 10 women.

The course runs for 5 weeks

Start date is: 4th of March at 10am till 11.15am

The 5 week course cost £60,- pounds

She offers rituals and ceremony to support women to awaken to their higher vibration and inner beauty. Being in a space of presence, a natural and effortless alignment happens within the female body which opens the door to lasting, and deep transformation.

Rachel is naturally gifted at creating these spaces and she has wealth of experience with working with the female body

This 5 week course offer an opportunity for women to practice yoga in an intimate setting and explore which practices resonate most effectively for their personal needs.

Please wear comfortable clothing and l empty stomach or at least two hours after a meal. No experience necessary.
