You are invited to spend the day replenishing your being in nature on the Hampstead Heath. The precise location to meet will be shared in your confirmation email. Closest station: Gospel Oak.

A beautifully nourishing day spent in pretty meadows, connecting and replenishing ourselves.

The perfect way to feel rejuvenated, learn new practices and meet fellow siblings on this path.

10.45 - 1 1 am Meet on Hampstead Heath, greet, opening circle, tea and vegan treats.

12pm Yoga - please bring a yoga mat

1 pm Forest Breathing - please bring layers / blanket

2.30 pm Swim - please buy your ticket in advance (details below)

3 pm Late lunch- bring & share a small vegan and gluten free sweet or savoury dish.

4 pm Closing Circle

5 pm Departures

This beautiful experience is held by Heather King: Yoga Teacher, Retreat Host and creator of Press Pause Yoga & Retreats.

That's me! And I cannot wait to meet you. I am here to hear you, to gently guide your practice and to create a safe, loving space where you can feel free.

We welcome all ages and ethnicities, and do our best to include everyone with differences and disabilies. Unfortunately this day retreat is not wheelchair accessible, however if you would like to join and have injuries or are living with pain do let me know and I will explore ways to make the day open to you.

Wild swimming is invigorating and empowering. It renews and replenishes energy, allowing us to connect and feel deeply.

Forest bathing is the practice of listening to and deeply connecting with nature. Attuning our energy to that of the plants and living things around us, to allow for healing and wisdom to be shared.

What to bring:

A yoga mat

A journal and pen

Layers and warm clothes

Vegan dish (approx. 6 servings)

Bowl and cutlery

A towel and swimwear

A water bottle

Swimming Tickets

We wil buy our swim tickets together on the day they cost £4.80.

Frequently asked questions

What weather conditions does this event require?

We will go ahead with the event if the weather is above 15 degrees, and there is little or no rain.

I have a dietary requirement, do you cater for me?

We will all bring food that is plant based and gluten free. Do let us know anything other allergies or intolerances or preferences as soon as possible.

I've never practised yoga before, can I join?

Absolutely. I will guide you in to poses that feel best for you.
