Will we be walking far?

No! We'll cover very little ground in the 2.5 hours available, and you're encouraged to move slowly. All bodies and fitness levels are more than welcome. If you have any mobility or access issues you would like to discuss, you're very welcome to get in touch.

Scottish weather is changeable, and even on hot days it can feel cool under tree cover – so come prepared for a range of possibilities! Please bring appropriate footwear with closed toes, layers for warmth, waterproofs, plenty of water, and sunscreen.

Are there toilets on site?

There are no public toilets on Holme Hill.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Wind and rain bring their own lessons to a Wonder Walk - but safety comes first! We'll go ahead unless conditions are unsafe, in which case the event will be cancelled and full refunds issued. Make sure to bring waterproofs and appropriate footwear.
