Travel: SL1a bus from Middlewood tram terminus at 13:05 to Deepcar. Walk down Wortley Road from traffic lights and turn right on Station Road for 200m to bridge.

Description: Enjoy the birds, trees, plants and insects to be found in Wharncliffe Wood and the Heath Nature Reserve. Learn from individual experts from the trustees about wildlife conservation, about the hidden history and see traces of one of Sheffield’s oldest industrial sites. Follow in the footsteps of Victorian tourists and pioneer rock climbers who came to enjoy the wild scenery of the Crags.
