yoga classes can feel like mean girls reenactment societies.I think theres another way - something thats a bit nicer, kinder and less competitive. so, come join us for a sunday sesh thats low to the ground, slow as you like with a bit of supported rest to help you get to monday.
you don’t have to be able to touch your toes. i won’t try and get you to join a cult. there will be chocolate if you fancy it.

- Sliding scale to make it a bit more accessible
- The studio is based on the ground floor, it is uneven with a few steps or level changes
- If you are HoH or a hearing aid user and would like to reserve a mat closer to Scottee get in touch
- This practice requires the ability to get to the floor with or without use of support/props
- Matts, bolster cushions, blocks and blankets are provided to help make practicing as comfortable as possible
- I will not be touching your body or telling you how to move, all cues are verbal
- You can watch, listen and observe
- I encourage you to take up space, take rest when needed, tic, stim or take 5 from the room as you need
