shall we start with something a bit low key, cause its a sunday. then, if we want, shall we throw ourselves round a bit?
sunday morning yin to yang
led by scottee, a 280 hour yoga teacher with 10 years experience in community arts and social justice practice under his belt. super informal, beginner friendly. a really smug way to spend your sunday.
never been to a wonkee practice before? we are a gaggle of wobbly and wonderful weirdos. we know it can feel a bit scary, but wonkee's aim to encourage a less competitive, more chill way of practicing yoga.
