Two years on from our groundbreaking 'climate summit' conference, it's time now - no COPping out - to collaborate & support each other in our best efforts to protect our community, our planet and the future generations of whatever remaining bio-diversity still survives the juggernaut of human exploitation

We need to expand beyond 'our tribe' - Thanks for thinking to book early, next, in the time still left before the event, can you think of someone you know who is a climate sceptic, (and there's not SO many of those around nowadays!) or someone who you sense may be ready to step up into action and collaboration but doesn't know how to, or even someone who is looking for meaning and purpose in life? ..... then see if you can entice them in to join us? Maybe they'd be encouraged by coming with you?

For those travelling some distance to join us, your best option will be by train - the venue is 'within' the station car park area. Arrival times - seems OK for Saturday, best double check for Sunday.

Car parking is best accessed via the Ringo app - station car park is the obvious one to aim for; HERE are details for all nearby car parks should the nearest one be full. And we'd love to welcome you by bicycle?

And finally, (I think) we'd like to suggest you bring your own mug, and cutlery maybe, to help minimise the throwaway stuff?

We don't expect to be interrupted in our best endeavours by a sudden lockdown! But we recognise that local infection rates are rising - and we intend to be a large, 200+, indoor gathering. Please can we all collaborate in taking careful bio-security measures? We will ensure the hall and marquee are well ventilated - and heated as best we can. So, if it's a relatively cold day it may be best for you to dress in a few extra layers? And wearing a face mask will be reassuring all around.
