An opportunity for social landlords and their consultants to join a masterclass in value-based procurement led by Simon Griffiths, an expert in procurement with Welsh Government, local government and now managing director of procurement consultancy Opus Business Solutions.

Event Summary

Procurement is often cited as one of the main barriers to improving the delivery of net zero whole life carbon homes in Wales. Woodknowledge Wales commissioned procurement expert Simon Griffiths to identify the best way of overcoming this barrier. In this masterclass Simon will show how more effective value-based use of existing rules and regulations will give clients more control of both the process and the outcomes.
