Run Series is a five-week course aimed at people who are able to comfortably run more than 5k already and have the capability to progress

Each class is led by one of our trained coaches and will follow a different route each week to incorporate different challenges and will be accompanied by a team of experienced mentors.

This course aims to stretch and challenge runners but most importantly provides a supportive group environment.

The course starts at 10:00am on Monday 04 March 2019 and ends on Monday 01 April 2019.
