Event description

Description

Tuesday 3rd October, Boat of Garten, 1.30–4.30pm

A practical afternoon looking at benefits of woodland management, creation and funding opportunities.

The event will include discussion on woodland creation, how to manage existing woodland and support available.

Come along to hear and discuss what trees can do for your business.

Speakers include John Risby, Forestry Commission Scotland; Russ Jobson, Woodland Trust Scotland; Jim Simmons, Ruthven Farm, Glenlivit; Will Anderson, Seafield Estate, Cullen and Will Boyd Wallis, CNPA.

If you’re a farmer, forester or land manager, book your free place now: it’s open to all but we’re expecting this session to fill up quickly, and booking is absolutely essential.

Use this online form, or if you prefer you can call Jane on 0131 666 2474, or email jdingwall@soilassociation.org. We'll give you exact venue details when you book.

If you aren't a farmer, forester or landmanager, your place will be charged at £40 + VAT - please call Jane on 0131 666 2474, or email jdingwall@soilassociation.org to arrange with us rather than using this online form.
