Event description

Description

KUBAG have been managing the woodland at Kingston Hill for some time, our main work involves removing invasive plant species that have spread into the woodland, impacting native, and controlling the extent of native bramble, to create some room for other ground flora species to flourish.

During the March event, we will be removing invasive garlic from our site while running a bramble bash in parts of the woodland. Experienced guidance and a good workout guaranteed!

Please sign up by Tuesday 5th March.

Booking is essential for this free event, as well as the booking details (name and email) please email the following extra information to biodiversity@kingston.ac.uk:

  • Dietary allergies - we normally provide snacks at our events,
  • Mobile number - we use this to contact people on the day of the event, if we have to cancel due to weather or our meeting location changes.

Hope to see you there.
