Join us to find out what creatures live in the woodland. We will use bug pots to take a closer look at what we find.
This session is delivered by Durham Wildlife Trust.
Please come along dressed for the weather with sturdy footwear suitable for a walk in th woods.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Please do not book a space for this free event if you are unable to attend. If you find that you can no longer attend nearer the event please let us know so that we can allocate your space to someone else.

Tanfield Lea Countryside Groups' aims are to maintain and regenerate the ancient woodland, to protect and enhance its wildlife, habitats and biodiversity and to encourage appropriate community participation, enjoyment and education. We aim to foster a better understanding and respect for the woodland through organised events.We meet at 6.30pm on the last Friday of every month (except December) at Tanfield Lea Club, DH9 9NA.
