You’ve probably heard that Yoga is good for you. You may also have heard that being in Nature is good for you too. Why not combine the two and get twice the benefit? It’s also FREE so you’ve got nothing to loose.

No experience is necessary! Everybody is welcome.
You don’t have to be a 'Yoga expert to attend' - our aim is to encourage and welcome as many people as possible for whom this may be a new experience. Beginners are most welcome and Lycra is not mandatory! But if you are a familiar with your ‘downward dog’ then woodland Yoga could be something different for you also.
Noelle values the powerful benefits of both yoga and being immersed in nature and is looking forward to sharing the combination of her two favourite things in these sessions. Noelle worked as an occupational therapist in mental health services for 30 years and brings her profession’s philosophy of working alongside people to unlock their potential. Noelle’s extensive experience in coaching and mindfulness techniques are part of her yoga teaching toolkit.
Everyone is welcome to Noelle's woodland yoga sessions : just arrive with an open mind, a sense of curiosity and a willingness to have a go and see what happens!
