Woodlands Surgery Patient Meeting

Join us for the Woodlands Surgery Patient Meeting!

This in-person event will be held at the Crawley Football Ground, Broadfield Stadium. It's a great opportunity to meet our Woodlands GP's, Managers and staff, as well as members of our Patient Participaton Group.

At the event we will be discussing the change to our new GP Appointment system and demonstrating how easy it is to use.
