Join us this summer for SUP Yoga at Woodmill Outdoor Activities Centre!

There is nothing better than enjoying yoga out in the nature and SUP yoga combines the elements, for a surprisingly subtle and humble experience. With the removal of the firm ground beneath you, there is no way better to truly find your feet. The more you can relax into the uncertainty, the more stable and fabulous you will feel. Finally, at the end there is nothing like floating in a sumptuous savasana on the deck.

Starting Tuesday 4th June at 6.30pm, Woodmill will be launching this year’s SUP Yoga sessions on our placid lake and picturesque river with Instructor Claudia Gray. Claudia has now been practising for over 15 years, using different styles and sharing her love for teaching. Appreciating that everyone has their own extremes in their lives, she loves that yoga can bring people together and let them just breathe literally, so they can get the most out of their passions!

We will provide you with Paddleboard, Paddle & Safety equipment! The session starts at 6.30pm, we ask that all participants are changed and ready to hit the water from 6.30pm for the 1 hour session. So allowing 15 minutes to set yourself up before the session is advisable.
