About this event

    Woody the Woodpecker invites you and your toddler to join him for adventures. Take time to explore nature with your toddler as they gain confidence through activities and woodland walks. Plus weekly stories, songs and snacks. Suitable for preschool confident walkers. The group is entirely outdoors, and we might be playing with mud, so wear suitable clothing! There is a toilet available, and we'll be under a shelter if it rains.

    The group is weekly on Fridays 10am-11:30am.

    Ticket price is for a block of 6 weeks:

    Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on weeks missed, as we need to run fully booked to make the event viable.

    The Biodiversity Team works for the London Borough of Sutton to manage and enhance nature reserves and green spaces for nature and people.

    We run a wide array of education events, walks and talks to inform, educate and enthuse people about the wildlife under their nose, on nature reserves and in parks and other green spaces.

    We mange Sutton Ecology Centre in Carshalton, where we run school education sessions and family events, along with 20+ nature reserves, covering rare chalk downland, flower-rich meadows, woodlands and wetlands.
