Its our fourth Sisters Forest School sleep over!


Our time together will be full of the usual Forest School freedom - with a sprinkling of circle magic, guided meditation, nature crafting, story telling, camp fire, wild swings, play and cackling!...bring what you need for a beach visit too....


Together we can mark the Autumn Equinox and celebrate the balance of light and darkness.


To celebrate the light we will cook for our community on the fire, forage wild plants to create balms and teas, step into the sunlight to produce sun prints , create natural dyes on the camp fire and make ourselves some sunshine to hold close through to the next equinox.


To celebrate the darkness we will camp in the woods with a central fire. - optional trip to the beach for drumming and paddling under the rising moon before returning back to camp for fire, community and settling down for bed with a Sound Bath.

The morning will bring the suns shadows and we can make,and work with charcoal to catch a shadow, sing , share breakfast and simply BE.


Wood sisters- lets gather :)


- You will need to bring

- a tent or hammock or sleep under the stars - and the bedding you need to keep toastie ( We have a handful of hammocks and tarps for borrowing - book these in advance)

- A cup, spoon, bowl

- A veg or two for the shared pot dinner

_- snacks to share or keep in your sleeping bag for a midnight feast!

- Something for breakfast like crumpets or cereal or toast

- Warm beach blanket or towel or robe for paddling ...

- your drum if you have one and wish to.


* I f you would like to join us just for the day times and head home to kip that's ok. We finish with optional activities around 10pm and start again with breakfast at around 9am.
