Mortice and tenon joints are used for many different types of construction including the construction of tables, chairs, windows, doors, stools and other structures.
There are many different types of mortice and tenon joints but the main ones are: Through tenon, blind tenon and haunched tenon. With these and other commonly used joints you can tackle any project with some hand tools and sketch.
