Wool@J13 comes to you courtesy of Ingrid Wagner and Val James, two women who have joined their considerable forces to bring you this first time vibrant and stimulating show, designed to celebrate and help you to learn about all things woolly through its exhibitors, exhibitions, workshops & talks. Music, some mayhem and senses stealing Street Food from all around the world have been mixed into the equation. Ingrid & Val like fun as well as wool. They think you’ll like it too.
We have bagots and baguettes, llamas and lattes, doe-eyed donkeys, a gaggle of geese and even a rescued reptile before we even get to the Hebrideans and a Jacob or two. All down on the family owned and run farm in the pretty market town of Penkridge, South Staffordshire and all providing a great backdrop to Wool@J13, the first show of its kind in this part of the midlands for all wool & fibre lovers everywhere.
Its location? Just minutes from Junction 13 of the M6. Or you could hop off a train at Penkridge itself or boat it in a leisurely fashion on the nearby Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal. Another nearby is Shugborough, one time home of Patrick Anson, 5th Earl of Lichfield and famous photographer to boot.
