Words Matter Exhibition

Words Matter is a multi-disciplinary exhibition showcasing the works of twelve artists who participated in a six-month knowledge exchange programme, exploring UCL’s historic role in promoting the pseudoscience of eugenics.

Join us for an evening of art, poetry, mingling and drinks at the Words Matter exhibition launch party.

The event is FREE. Parental guidance is advised.

Access

Parking

There is no parking at on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park or across the UCL East campus. There are a limited number of Blue Badge holder parking spaces. Please specify whether you need one of these parking spaces in the order when confirming your ticket, and we will make arrangement for you

Wheelchair Access

Entry into the Marshgate building is step-free access. There is also a publicly accessible lift to the First Floor Galleries, where the artworks are held. There are wheelchair access toilets on the ground and first floor.

Allergies or dietary requirements

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. If you have an allergies or dietary requirements. Please specify in the order form when confimring your ticket purchase.

Noise

There will be noise through the event due to the number of people attending and the nature of the auido-visual artworks. We do have a quiet room on in Marshgate on the First Floor. UCL staff can direct you to this space if needed.
