About the Course:
"Words of Wellness" is a 12-week programme designed to support the mental well-being of Global Majority communities through creative writing, storytelling, and cultural reflection. Each 2-hour session offers a safe and inclusive space where participants can share experiences, explore identity, and find healing and empowerment through the power of words.

- Week 4: Writing Through Emotions
- Week 5: Celebrating Culture
- Week 6: Mindfulness in Words
- Week 7: Overcoming Challenges
- Week 8: Letters to the Future
- Week 9: Resilience Through Writing
- Week 10: Spoken Word and Sharing
- Week 11: Shaping Narratives
- Week 12: Reflection & Celebration

If you’re 18 or over and identify as Caribbean, African, South Asian, or from another Global Majority background, we’d love to welcome you. This programme is open to residents of Stockport and the surrounding areas.
