Join CIPD South West London branch for our insightful session on "Work After Lockdown" with Dr Jane Parry and Dr Zoe Young.
About this event
How has lockdown-driven working from home changed how people want to work? How are organisations learning from this massive disruption to their expectations? This event provides insights about the future of work post Covid-19, based on the findings from Work After Lockdown project funded by UKRI/ESRC and conducted by the University of Southampton in partnership with the Institute for Employment Studies and Half the Sky.
Working closely with practice and policy communities to ensure that their concerns are reflected in the research, the project investigators have walked alongside case study organisations and individuals over the course of 18 months, collecting a combination of qualitative and quantitative data documenting their experiences of this major period of workforce change. The event will share their lockdown learnings, and their applied implications, for both HRM practice and for work organisation.
