Event description

Description

Work Happy is our debut event series geared towards opening up the discussion on happiness in the workplace, delving into the influencers and helping eachother understand on why it's important and what we can do to improve our workplaces.

This month, we're focusing on workplace design. Research has shown that workplace design is an important factor to boosting employee engagement and creating a productive environment. But how does design really affect our productivity? How can we design "resilient workplaces" for our teams? What are some tips that we can begin to implement in pre-existing spaces?

Join us on this exploratory evening where we speak to industry experts exploring some of these questions.

What the evening looks like:

6:00pm – 6:30pm – Doors open

6:30pm – 7:00pm – Talk by Laura Moore (founder at Nyde)

7:00pm – 7:15pm – Break

7:15pm – 8:00pm – Panel Discussion with our special guests: Laura Moore (founder at Nyde), David Kosky (co-founder at Work.Life), Holly Smith (Chief Culture Vulture at Dr Martens) and Chris Sayers (Property and Safety Manager at Dr Martens).

Drinks and snacks will be provided, kindly sponsored by Karma Cola and Five Points.
