Work, Money and Hidden Loyalties - A Family Constellation Workshop
Overview
Do you feel held back in your work, purpose or relationship with money? Maybe something you long to create won’t quite take shape, or you find yourself overworking, undercharging or unable to receive support. Often these patterns aren’t just personal—they belong to the wider family system we come from.
Our families’ histories with survival, success and service shape how we take our place in the world, how we give and receive, and how we relate to value and worth. Unseen loyalties can quietly hold us back until they are brought into view and integrated.
Through Family Constellations, we’ll explore the hidden dynamics that influence our relationship with work and money, and open space for greater flow, contribution and ease.
Each workshop includes four issue-bringer places and then representative places. Representing is an active and illuminating way to learn about systemic patterns—many participants find that each constellation touches something deeply relevant in their own lives.
Issue Holders
Bring your specific question, challenge or longing around work, purpose or money and explore it through your own constellation. You may feel limited or blocked in expressing your gifts, or find it hard to receive recognition, support or money. Perhaps you notice repeating patterns of over-responsibility, struggle or scarcity, or long to create something that just won’t move forward. This is an opportunity to uncover the hidden loyalties that may restrict your freedom to take your place in the world of work and contribution.
Representatives/Participants
Participating as a representative offers its own form of insight and transformation. You’ll engage directly in others’ constellations, sensing and witnessing how work, value and belonging move through family and social systems. This experience deepens systemic understanding, strengthens embodied intuition and expands empathy. Many discover that what arises mirrors their own relationship with purpose, money and work — offering healing and fresh perspective.
Who is it for?
This workshop is open to anyone interested in experiencing systemic constellation work for personal and professional development.
Attendees can book as an ‘issue holders’ or ‘participant/representative’.
