What does it take to go from a potential artwork, early project or idea into a realised, commissioned or produced work?
About this event
Work On is a workshop series giving insights from the worlds of visual art, theatre, journalism and film about routes for getting work put on.
What are the approaches? Who is involved in decision-making and how are relationships developed? What do these industries look for in commissioning or producing work?
About the Speaker: Kim McAleese
We’ll be joined by Kim McAleese, a curator and Programme Director at Grand Union, a contemporary arts gallery space and artists’ studios in Birmingham.
