You will also hear from The City of Edinburgh Council on their Edinburgh’s Employer Recruitment Incentives, offering up to £10,000 for recruitment and retention costs when hiring people with barriers to employment.

Please join us for the 4th event of Capital City Partnership's Employer Engagement Project for Ethnic Minorities (EEPEM) following our Cultural Awareness Workshop in January. This multi-faceted project engages with employers, those seeking gainful employment,3rd sector and governmental stakeholders.

Our ongoing events aim to bridge gaps for employers and identify opportunities to tap into a new pool of staff from immigrant, asylum or refugee backgrounds.

In this conference, we will explore with businesses and employers how to engage and manage skilled workers and understand how a soft start can translate into sustainable and successful employment.
