You’re welcome here. Whether you’re in burnout, just returned to work, or are somewhere in between.

No. This workshop offers general information, scripts, and peer-informed strategies. It is not legal advice or a substitute for individual legal consultation.

I’m worried I won’t keep up, what if I get overwhelmed?

The workshop is paced accessibly, and you’ll receive a simple PDF summary afterwards so you can revisit the content in your own time.

Will there be space for questions?

Yes—there’ll be time for questions via the Zoom chat, or you can email us in advance if that feels easier.

Is this only for people with a formal diagnosis?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. If you identify as neurodivergent or think you might be, you’re welcome. No diagnosis required.

Will the session be recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but only the facilitators will be recorded. Chat responses and attendee screens will not be visible in the recording. You’ll receive access to the replay if you're not able to attend.
