About this event
Feel like you’re stretched at work and barely living outside of it?
You’re not the problem, you just don’t have the right accommodations yet at work.
This 90-minute workshop is for neurodivergent professionals (autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, etc.) who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how things could be better, or those who are already in burnout and need support.
✳️ What we’ll cover:
- Your rights under the Equality Act (in plain language)
- Asking for realistic adjustments, and what to do if your request is ignored or refused
- Real-life scripts for conversations with HR and managers
- Agencies and organisations that can back you up
- Q&A
🌱 What’s different this time:
We’ve added more time for reflection, small group connection, a real-world case law example and more space for Q&A. If you came to the last one, you’re welcome to come again, go deeper & meet your community!
100% of participants (8/8 polled) said they would recommend this workshop to a friend or colleague!
After just one workshop (of those that completed our survey):
100% of participants reported increased understanding of what steps to take if their request for reasonable adjustments is ignored or refused.
Average confidence increased by 2.5 points on a 5-point scale.
