Overview
Mae’r cwrs hwn yn amlygu pwysigrwydd adnabod ac ymgysylltu gyda’r rhai sy’n achosi niwed.
Nod y cwrs yw cynyddu hyder ymarferwyr i weithio’n uniongyrchol gyda chamdrinwyr, neu ochr yn ochr ag ymarferwyr eraill sy’n ymgysylltu â chamdrinwyr, er mwyn lleihau’r risg o niwed ac i gynyddu diogelwch aelodau’r teulu.
Nod y model dysgu yw helpu’r systemau a’r gweithwyr proffesiynol sy’n amgylchynu’r teulu i hwyluso’r cyfle ar gyfer ymyrraeth briodol a newid ymddygiadol ystyrlon gan y sawl sy’n defnyddio ymddygiad camdriniol.
Canlyniadau Dysgu – Bydd dysgwyr yn gallu:

- Deall teipolegau camdrinwyr a nodi gwahaniaethau ymddygiad cleientiaid i asesu risgiau a chefnogi ymyrraeth dargededig.
- Mabwysiadu dull o ymgysylltu â chamdrinwyr i’w hannog i gymryd cyfrifoldeb a mynd i’r afael â’u hymddygiad neu weithredu’n gadarnhaol.
- Hwyluso dull amlasiantaethol sydd wedi’i lywio gan drawma i sicrhau cefnogaeth barhaus a rheoli risg ar gyfer dioddefwyr (oedolion/plant).
- Cael gwybodaeth am ganllawiau statudol i ymateb yn effeithiol i ymddygiad y camdriniwr.
Wedi’i gyflwyno drwy MS Teams mewn partneriaeth â SafeLives, ac wedi’i ariannu gan Lywodraeth Cymru.
