Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) online training is designed especially for community and voluntary groups. We’ll explore what EDI really means in everyday settings - why fairness and diversity strengthen your projects and the people you serve. You’ll learn about anti-racism, with simple ways to spot and challenge bias when it shows up. We’ll share tips for creating an inclusive culture so everyone feels valued and respected. And through our allyship session, you’ll discover practical ways to stand beside and support people from under-represented backgrounds. Whether you’re a small neighbourhood group or a larger volunteer network, this training will give you the confidence and know-how to help everyone feel like they truly belong.
