At this event we'll hear the latest findings around employee voice from our third annual Working Lives Scotland report. CIPD's Senior Public Policy Adviser for Scotland, Marek Zemanik, will present findings from the latest report which is due to be released later in the month.

Also joining our panel, Tricia Findlay, Co-chair of the Fair Work Convention and Tracey Wilson, Industrial Relations Lead at NatWest will explore employee voice and what the findings mean in practice.
