Working Smarter Not Harder - Practice Management Workshop
Fri 18 November 2016, 09:30 – 14:00 GMT
'Working Smarter Not Harder' is the must-attend event for all those involved in Practice Management.
Join primary care experts for an informative day of networking, knowledge sharing and problem solving.
This exclusive workshop will cover a range of issues that impact the management and efficiency of your practice. During the day speakers will discuss all things CQC, providing the latest guidance, preparing for the new style inspection and how to achieve the 'outstanding' rating.
There will be an opportunity to gain hands on experience with an interactive session introducing new techniques to problem solving helping you to adopt workable solutions to everyday problems whilst eliminating the potential for wasted time and effort. Delegates will be asked to come armed with their biggest challenge which will be added to a 'wailing wall' and tackled in a Making a Difference (MAD) session following lunch. Over the day you will be equipped with knowledge and insight to take back and apply to the day-to-day workings of your surgery.
Throughout the day we will also be running one to one sessions with our resident HR advisor Sam Cook. If you have any HR issues such as disciplinaries, redundancy, sickness management or policy changes book a 20 minute slot upon arrival at the event for confidential and professional advice.
