Unite and the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland along with the Mental Health Charter partners are focusing on how to create an open and inclusive workplace culture for people with mental ill health. This conference is an opportunity to share good practice across all employers in Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland faces a significant mental health challenge at work and we need to help people thrive at work and this conference will showcase the “green shoots” of good practice in Northern Ireland. The Mental Health Charter can help employers /trade unions to meet the mental health core standards in the Stevenson and Farmer Report.
